Who is the man behind Tim's Paving Inc.?
From a young age, I had the opportunity to put my entrepreneurial skills to use thanks to my parents, Conrad and Claudette Bossé, who were entrepreneurs for much of their lives with their excavation company, Conrad A. Bossé.
Having acquired an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, it was clear to me that starting my own business would be part of my future. I then seized the opportunity to create an asphalt paving company while continuing to help my father with his excavation business.
This is how Tim’s Paving Inc. was born in May 2002, in a small garage on Baisley Road in St-Jacques. All the knowledge and experience I acquired over the years with my father as a heavy equipment operator, as well as my Civil Engineering Technician certification obtained at the Edmundston Community College campus in 1997, paid off. Working with my father, who had a strict temperament, allowed me to perform well as a heavy equipment operator while providing quality service to my customers.
In 2007, it made sense to merge my father’s company, Conrad A. Bossé Excavation, with Tim’s Paving Inc. to facilitate investment and expansion. In 2015, we acquired a building in the République Industrial Park, near the City of Edmundston Public Works infrastructure, formerly the Pro Truss building located at 30 Murchie Street. This acquisition greatly facilitated travel and reduced costs and time wasted between customers and the garage. In addition, this building offers us better visibility and is much more spacious than the previous one.
The major renovation of the building in 2020 and the continued growth of the company would not have been possible without my determination and my team. Today, in 2024, I am proud to see my company thrive and see all that has been accomplished thanks to my perseverance, my exceptional team, and employees dedicated to the success of the company. I am proud to be able to offer a range of services and products in the construction field to carry out turnkey projects for our clients.
